If only I had known about this Simple Morning Ritual years ago… from 228 to 151 pounds, I finally have my old life back!

I have mixed emotions as I sit here writing this, holding back tears…

Both for being grateful that I learned this little secret...

And angry that I wasted so much of my life believing the wrong things when it comes to gaining and losing weight.

But I’ve realized that it’s not my fault, and it’s not yours either!

I call this my little secret because I could never have imagined how one small change to my morning finally gave me my old life back.
And if everyone knew that weight gain and loss has nothing to do with:

> How much high intensity exercise or cardio you do…
> How many fad diets you go on, cutting out your favorite foods…
> Missing out on your favorite snacks…
> Not eating after a certain time…
> Fasting…
> Or even genetics or aging (thanks doctor for that lie!)

That the fitness and diet community would be out of business!

You see - every time I tried to get healthier by following the good ole ‘traditional methods’, I saw the scale hardly move, week after week.

And up until about a year or two ago, I just came to the realization that I was going to be overweight for the rest of my life.
But fast forward to today, and I am still AMAZED when I look in the mirror. Friends & family I haven’t seen in a while do a double take when they see me, and the comments I receive on social media put the biggest smile on my face.

My annual trip to the doctor confirmed what I suspected as well.

It turns out that this unique morning drink helped my heart become healthier than ever, my fasting blood sugar levels (which had been steadily creeping upward) were below 100, and that my overall health numbers are that of someone 10 years younger than me.

The video below finally opened my eyes and changed everything for me:

> I slept all the way throughout the night - it’s been years since I remember doing this
> The pain in my feet, legs & knees started to go away
> Stopped obsessing over what the scales said - feeling my clothes get looser within days was magical

> Totally new wardrobe - except a couple of things I’d kept from my 20’s that I can actually fit in again!!
I knew getting and staying healthy was always a choice, I just didn’t know how easy it could be.

However, the truth is that you have to do something everyday to stay healthy, and the way I see it is that you have two choices…

1) Waste hours a day worrying about what food you should be eating and how much you should exercise.

2) Do this one thing every morning before 10 am, as it barely takes any time just once a day.
